Overall coordination of the Ph.D. degree programme in accordance with the provisions of the ordinance and regulations in force from time to time.
To execute admission process of Ph.D. students as vacant seat in concern subject with the provisions of the ordinance and regulations in force from time to time
To convene the meeting of RDC as and when required with the permission of the Vice-Chancellor in accordance with the registration schedule of the University.
To maintain all records of attendance and documents regarding full time and part time Ph.D. students.
To convene the meeting of RAC as and when required with the permission of the Vice-Chancellor in accordance with the provisions of the ordinance and regulations in force from time to time.
To organise the course work as minimum required credit and conduct the examination of the course work.
To notify about submission of semester fee for registered Ph.D. students in every odd and even semester.
To organise training program, workshop, expert lecture about the research methodology, academic writing, research ethics etc.
To upload or submit monthly or periodically progress and attendance report of the full-time students to concern funding agency for continuing the fellowship.
