Online Workshop on “Healthy Cooking”

An online workshop on "Healthy Cooking" was organized by the Department of Home Science dated 22/12/2020. How can person increase immunity through food in current pathogenic situation and how the small mistakes made by us while preparing food which destroy the nutrients these two points were deeply discussed in the workshop. Useful topic in relation to nutrition and health likes food groups and balanced diet, protect the quality of nutrients through different methods of cooking and preventing the loss of nutrients were discussed in workshop and all participants gained through knowledge about how make healthy food by safe cooking.
